Service Contracts

3 months: We provide marketing services for 3 months. You will be automatically billed every month for 3 months. 

6 months: We provide marketing services for 6 months. You will be automatically billed every month for 6 months. Save $100 for selecting a 6-month contract.

12 months: We provide marketing services for 12 months. You will be automatically billed every month for 12 months. Save $200 for selecting a 12-month contract.

PAID UPFRONT CONTRACTS: We offer a paid upfront option on all our contract terms which allows you to pay for your selected contract length in full all at once. You can select the length of your contract 3,6 or 12-month contracts. You’ll have the added convenience of getting your payments out of the way, so you don’t have to focus on a monthly bill. Set it and forget it. Our 12-month paid upfront contract allows you to get 1 full month of service for free.

END OF MONTHLY CONTRACT: After a monthly contract term is completed it will not auto-renew. We will notify you that your subscription is ending and you may place another order for service on our website or you may request to renew your services by contacting us.

END OF PAID UPFRONT CONTRACT: After a paid upfront contract term is completed it will auto-renew for the same contract length. If you need to upgrade or change your service length, please contact us within 24 hours of the contract renewal.

REFUNDS: In general, we do not offer refunds as our business is on a service model, which means we are providing a physical service for your business which requires our team to manually work on your marketing services. In essence, if you purchase our services and we have already started working on your requested services we will not refund any portion of the contract. 

In order to receive a refund, your services must not have started or been renewed. If you just purchased services you have 24 hours from the date of purchase to cancel with a refund. You also have 24 hours to cancel an auto-renewal with a refund. We provide reminders of any auto-renewals via email days in advance, which will give you time to cancel the auto-renewal if needed. We will not provide refunds after your service has auto renewed and 24 hours have passed since your service was renewed – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not want your services auto-renewed you MUST CANCEL THE SERVICE BEFORE IT RENEWS.

  2.  Social media Setup: Account creation and setting up the dashboard, the tone of voice to use, the products/service to talk about, and the brand persona will be established here based on the answers to the initial questionnaire.
  3.  Social media content plan: This includes writing of the Ad Copies, approval, working out the content roadmap.
  4.  Account monitoring: Your social media profile will be checked every day for comments and messages.
  5. Performance insights: Weekly and Monthly social media performance reports are sent out automatically to keep you informed about the work done and results we’ve achieved.
